Car Wash Detail Center Rocha assumes no responsibility for the loss of or damage to items that have not been declared to and secured by our administrative staff at the time of vehicle reception.

Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that becomes visible after cleaning, such as: Burnt or peeling paint, or paint lacking clear coat; deep scratches hidden beneath layers of dirt or old wax; defective electrical components; or loose trim. We will perform a visual inspection upon receipt of the vehicle; any observed damage will be reported to the client before work begins.
4. Engine Cleaning: The engine cleaning service is performed at the client's sole risk and responsibility. Although we utilize safe products and techniques, we are not liable for mechanical or electrical failures resulting from contact with water or degreasers on components exhibiting prior wear.
5. Vehicle Pickup: Once the service is complete, the client has 2 hours to pick up their vehicle.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the result, please notify our staff before removing the vehicle from the premises. Once the car leaves our facilities, it is understood that the service has been accepted to your complete satisfaction.
